More than 20 years of UX, Product Design, and leading creative teams has made me who I am today. I intentionally built my experience around design and business so I could confidently recommend intuitive, meaningful design experiences to clients - and their customers - across many different industries.
The results? Happy users and profitable businesses!
But I’m not “just” a designer. In the last few years, I’ve gotten known as a writer as well! These works have been used in classes around the world and I’ve had the honor to teach at Hyper Island for more than a decade. In 2016, I published my first book, ‘User Experiences that Matter’ followed by ‘Mastering Freelance’ the next year. What is knowledge if you don’t share it?

Work Experience
